Our selection: Spring vegetables and the chocolate of our Manufacture

It's springtime, from April to May, our chef honors the arrival of the crisp and delicate early vegetables. Harvested very young, they have a softer fiber, a more floral scent, flavors at their peak!

On the menu:
Oven-baked lamb shoulder, green peas 'à la française'

Finish your meal with a touch of delicacy! At the moment, the chocolate from our Manufacture is highlighted at Allard. Come and taste our Chocolate Cake, both soft and light! Enough to surprise your taste buds!
