Our selection : Blue lobster and the Orangered apricots by Yannick Colombié

Chef Fanny celebrates the star of all crustaceans : under its samurai-like exterior, the lobster that the French call the « Cardinal of the Seas » hides flesh of superior delicacy and an intensely aromatic taste.
On a sweet note, the season’s delicacy is the Orangered apricot, tender and aromatic. Yesterday, the fruit was still hanging on a branch in the sun!
